Today we’re meeting up with my cousin, who’s taking us inside the last remaining pockets of old-school Italian American culture in Hoboken, New Jersey. Not long ago, this was an Italian-American stronghold, but the city has changed quickly. Today, we step back into that old world, meet the locals still carrying it on, and get a feel for a Hoboken that’s almost gone.
