International Babushka Day this Sunday, June 24! The purpose of this holiday is to brighten a Babushka’s day and to see the positive affects it has in whatever city or town you live in.
It’s very simple; give a flower(s) to a random babushka on the street. There’s a chance she might reject it, but most likely she’ll take it happily and give you a glowing smile, a thank you, and a warm feeling inside.
